India
Having won the inaugural Twenty20 World Cup in 2007 in South Africa, India ddisapppointed badly in the same tournament two years later in England. They had started as pre-tournament favourites and got off to a good start winning their Group comfortably to qualify for the super 8s. It was there where things went badly wrong, as they lost all three Super 8 matches to South Africa, West Indies and England.
With so much talent available in India it is hard to see them do so badly in the future, particularly as the Twenty20 IPL is becoming a fantastic preparation ground for new players.India are currently ranked 5th in the Twenty20 World Cup Rankings
